RETURNS

A customer can return purchased products within 14 days from receiving them.

In order to do so, the customer should fill in a returns form and send it to contact@nago.store, and send back the products to: CLTHS S.A., ul. Złoczowska 13, 03-792 Warszawa (the customer covers the shipping costs).

In order for the return to be accepted the form should be sent within 14 days of receiving the items by the customer and the products should physically arrive at the shop within 14 days from sending in the returns form by the customer (the date of shipment counts).

After receiving the goods the Seller will check the condition of the products and will then accept the return. The initial shipping costs and amount for the products will then be returned to the customer. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the stages of this process.

The seller has the right to reject a return in the case of the item being damaged.

Annex 1 to the Terms of Service of the NAGO.STORE web store - Rules for Returns

  1. Right of withdrawal

a) Nago.store accepts the right of withdrawal from the contract for the sale of purchased goods by currently applicable laws.

b) The Consumer who has concluded a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

c) The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires 14 days after the Customer (or any other third party or person designated by the Customer other that the carrier) came into possession of the last ordered item.

d) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). For this purpose, you will need to provide your name, full postal address and, if available, your telephone number and e-mail address.

You can use the ready form available in the “Returns form” tab.

A completed form or a declaration of will of a different type should be sent to the e-mail address contact@nago.store or by post to the following address: CLTHS S.A., ul. Złoczowska 13, 03-972 Warsaw (remember to keep the 14-day deadline for providing information about withdrawal from the contract - the date of effective delivery of information to the Seller is counted).

e) The Customer is obliged to return the Merchandise to the Seller immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which he resigned from the Contract of Sale. To meet the deadline, it is enough to ship the Goods to the following address: CLTHS S.A., ul. Złoczowska 13, 03-972 Warsaw, before this date (the date of shipment counts)

f) The Customer is liable for the decrease in the value of the Product. Therefore, we ask that while you decide to keep the product, you use it mainly to measure and test it so as to minimize the possibility of damaging it.

g) Only consumers are entitled to withdrawal.

h) Please, make sure that product is packed properly, so that the product is not damaged during transport.

Please try not to get the product dirty or leave antiperspirant marks on it.

i) In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by us), promptly and in any case not later than 3 days from the date on which we have received the returned items.

We will process the refund by means of a direct transfer based on the transfer data provided in the Return Form.

We can withhold the return of the payment until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs first and verifying that it does not show signs of heavy use.

The seller reserves the right to decline the return request if the items are heavily damaged or if they are in a state that prevents their further use.

j) In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, it is considered void.

k) In the event of withdrawal, the customer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. Final provisions

Any changes to the Rules may be applied according to the regulations laid out in the Terms of Service.
