Deliveries & Payments

Deliveries & payments deliveries in EU (apart from Cyprus, Greece and Malta) are made by courier companies.

Available delivery options for countries in the EU (apart from Cyprus, Greece and Malta):

- courier shipping (DHL) 10 EUR

After the order is accepted our customer team have one day to prepare the products for shipment. You will be informed via email when the order is shipped.

Most courier shipments within EU are delivered in two working days. In some cases it may take up to three days to deliver an order. If it takes longer please contact our customer care team at:

Overseas shipments (within the EU, apart from Cyprus, Greece or Malta) will take up to 7 days for delivery. If the delivery time exceeds this, please contact our customer care team at

Online payments for our shop are processed by Blue Media S.A. and Paylane Sp. z o.o.

Payments can be made in the following ways:

  • direct internet transfer
  • BLIK
  • card payments:
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • Maestro
    • American Express
    • Diners

In the case of paying by card, the order process will begin when authorisation from the card is granted. In the case of a bank transfer the order process will begin when the transfer is confirmed.

In the case of a return, the total price will be returned to the account from which the transfer was made or to the card number used when placing the order.

The customer will not be charged any transaction fees during his purchase, he will only cover the product cost and shipping cost.

If the customer does not have an account in a Polish bank, purchases can only be made via credit or debit cards mentioned above.

In the case of returning a product the money will be refunded to the bank details stated in the returns form and in line with the procedure explained in the “Returns & Exchanges” tab.
